Registration closes at 3pm on 14/6/25
Triathlon options
There will be two different distances available, Enticer and Sprint. Competitors will complete the course once for the Enticer distance, and twice (enduro format ie. swim, ride, run, swim, ride, run) for the Sprint distance.
Both distances will start their race LeMans style, with a short run to the swim start in order to spread out the field before entering the pool.
Course will be as follows. Completed once or twice:
Swim: 8 laps of the pool (50m), changing lanes each lap, totalling 400m.
Bike: 4 laps of Newham Cct anti-clockwise (2.3km), totalling 9.2km
Run: 3 Laps of the rugby oval and tennis courts anti-clockwise (700m), totalling 2.1km
You can enter solo or get some friends together and enter as a team.

Kids adventure race:
To get the kids involved and make things as user friendly for parents as possible we have introduced a kids adventure race that has no swimming or cycling so parents only need to pack running shoes and SunSmart clothes.
The course will be as follows:
Run: 1 Lap of the rugby oval, totalling 500m
Adventure course: 1 lap of the obstacle course set out on the indoor basketball court.
Run: o 1 Lap of the rugby oval, totalling 500m
However depending on ages and numbers we may decide to shorten the run legs for the younger kids and keep the 500m for the bigger kids.
Check-in and bike racking:
It is suggested you arrive at the venue by 6am, head to check-in to receive your race number before racking your bike and setting up your transition. Allow time to familiarise yourself with the course / transition set up.
Reminder: There will be a LeMans style start for the triathlons so you may want to wear footwear for the initial run to the pool. If you choose to wear footwear on the run after you have exited the swim you MUST take your footwear back to transition.
The pre-race briefing is mandatory for all participants. It will commence at 6:45 am at the race start.
First Aid:
First aid will be provided by St Johns, they will have two first aiders and one vehicle located at transition.
This event will abide by COVID-19 safety precautions.
