Swim 1 x lap of the beautiful Bottom Pool (approximately 300m)

Ride the undulating Edith Falls Rd out 5km and back 5km

Run 2kms run 1km up the path to top pools, and turn around at the 1km mark. this is a bush track, don’t wear your carbon track shoes!!

Sprint Maps

Swim 2 x laps of the beautiful Bottom Pool (approximately 600m)

Ride the undulating Edith Falls Rd out 5km and back 5km, then repeat to make it 20km

Run 4 kms run 2km up the path to top pools, and turn around at the 2km mark. this is a bush track, don’t wear your carbon track shoes!!
